The 13th annual Symposium for Art Educators – Saturday, April 28, 2018 – SUNY New Paltz

Workshops and presentations explored the ways that art making forms connections, and presented strategies for encouraging students to engage in purposeful, meaningful, and social responsible thinking in the art classroom. It was a day devoted to investigating the nature and formation of connections – between materials and processes, among classroom collaborators, across disciplines, and the relationship between community, culture, history and personal meaning.
